Included in your ticket is 3-days of music and programming, over 25 scheduled appearances across 4 stages, walkin camping, beach access (great swimming), stand up paddle boards, water slide, inner tube slide, disc golf course, beach volleyball court, hiking trails and access to over 82 acres of the Tico Time Riverside Resort. Included activities are first come first serve. 

All sales are final. Event is Rain or Shine.

REFUND POLICY: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. In the case of a cancellation, all tickets will be valid on the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued if a rescheduled date does not take place within 180 days. 

I can not find my ticket – what should I do? 

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email. If you still can’t find it, goto https://ticotimeresort.ticketspice.com/ and click “resend confirmation” at the very top of the page. If you are still having issues go to https://www.ticketspice.com/support and start a chat for support. 

I purchased tickets through a 3rd party, a friend, or someone on Facebook. How do I know they are valid passes? 

We can only guarantee ticket validity for purchases made through our official ticketing vendor, we highly encourage you to NOT purchase through any 3rd party.

The weather is lovely at this time of year, with the average temperature low of 46F and a high of 77F. However, please come prepared for any weather conditions. This includes intense sun, heat, rain, and wind. The show happens, rain or shine!

Tamarindo walkin camping is a short 1-3 minute walk from parking. 

Magical Forest camping is a 5-7 minute walk from parking. A free shuttle will be available that runs from the parking area to the Magical Forest

Yes, the shuttle to and from the Magical Forest is free.

Showers will be available for a TBD fee. Ample permanent and temporary well serviced  bathrooms will be available in the campground areas.

Quality Food vendors will be available throughout the event. There will be a focus on healthy and organic options, with vegan and vegetarian offerings. 

Forgot something? Visit the onsite general store. 

Potable drinking water is available for all attendees. Bring your own water bottles and storage containers. 

No outside alcohol anywhere except at your campsite. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the concert bowl. 

A wide selection of Beer and wine will be served in the concert bowl area.

No excessive amounts of alcohol. Only bring what your will reasonably consume.

Yes! There is a large beach attendees can enjoy which is close to the main stage

Jump on in, the swimming is great!

SUPs, tubes and Kayaks are first come first serve and available at the beach.

No. Attendees are required to obey all Federal, State, and County Laws including those regarding public nudity.

Yes, Rise & Vibes is a family friendly event. It is very safe, however children should be supervised by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Sorry, pets are NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the festival grounds, campgrounds, or parking lots/cars. This includes dogs, cats, etc. 

It would be cruel to bring your pet to this festival.

Service animals, of course, are an exception. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are NOT service animals as defined by the ADA Guidelines, and therefore are NOT allowed.

All attendees must sign a waiver before entering the festival grounds. By signing your waiver before you arrive you save yourself 30-60 minute wait at the gate.
